The Bihar Real Estate Regulatory Authority (BRERA) on January 30, 2026, issued a notification regarding the launch of the New Online System for Real Estate Project Registration.
The following has been stated: -
•A new online system for filing applications for registration of real estate projects will become operational from midnight of January 31, 2026.
•All applications must be submitted through the new system starting 00:00 hrs on February 01, 2026.
•The existing application filing system will cease to function after 11:59 PM on January 31, 2026.
•This update is issued to facilitate a smooth transition for all stakeholders in the real estate sector.
